Returns & Refund Policy
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for items where returns are permitted. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, if returns are allowed for that product. Please note that return eligibility depends on the product category, supplier conditions, and other factors. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the product description to determine if returns are accepted or not.
If returns are not allowed for a product, we will not accept the return under any circumstances. For items where returns are accepted, customers have the right to submit a return request, send back the parcel, and receive a refund within 10 business days. A 10% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
To be eligible for a return (for products where returns are accepted), your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@swow.ch. Please state the reason for the return and attach an image showing the defect or shipping problem (if applicable).
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Adult toys
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility before purchasing.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. A 10% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at support@swow.ch.
