WHY SHIPPING POLICY IS IMPORTANT
At Rovalux, we believe that true quality lies not only in the materials we choose, but also in the trust we build with our clients. Offering great and transparent shipping privacy is part of our commitment to carefully handle a trusted relationship with you, and never taken for granted. Just like our designs, you deserve precision, discretion, and care.
SHIPPING POLICY
We have a variety of shipping options and models. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on shipping method, destination, and the weight of your order.
Order are mainly shipped from our factories from EU. Based on each model the delivery time can be different.
1. Processing Time
Manufacturing and shipping times for our products vary depending on whether they are in-stock or custom-made items. All shipments are carefully dispatched from our factories, primarily in Portugal.
Estimated Shipping Times
On stock product : 3-5 business days
Made-to-Measure Product : produce on demand, generally 5-6 weeks
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. some conditions may effect on the shipping times.
2. Which countries does Rovalux deliver to?
Currently, we only deliver to Switzerland. We plan to deliver throughout Europe by 2026.
For special requests, for information on delivery costs and delivery times for destinations in Europe or worldwide, please contact us at contact@rovalux.com and we will provide it to you.
If you wish to forward your order abroad, we will be happy to deliver it to your carrier for onward delivery.
3. How much are the delivery costs?
For shipments to Switzerland, we apply a flat-rate shipping rate based on the value of your order. We charge 20 Euros/CHF for invoices under 200 Euros/CHF. Above this amount, shipping is free.
All deliveries made by specialized carriers are covered by insurance.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or you suspect it has been lost, please contact our customer support team at contact@rovalux.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately.
