At Rovalux, we craft our bathroom vanity units using two main types of engineered wood.

Birch plywood with real wood veneer and lacquered high-density MDFs.

Each material is chosen for its unique qualities. Plywood with real wood veneer offers strength, natural texture, and moisture resistance.
Lacquered MDF provides a smooth, water-resistant finish in a variety of colors perfect for sleek, modern designs.

BRICH PLYWOOD CORE

At Rovalux, we use premium birch plywood, also known as polywood or Betula Wood, made from multiple layers of birch veneers laminated together in a cross-grain pattern.

This structure offers superior strength, excellent load-bearing capacity, and high resistance to warping or bending even in humid environments.

To further enhance durability and aesthetics, we apply a real wood veneer to the surface under high pressure. This veneer brings the natural texture, warmth, and beauty of solid wood while adding an extra layer of moisture resistance, making it ideal for use in bathroom furniture.

Our birch polywood construction ensures the perfect balance of strength, stability, and elegance, making it the best-adapted material for long-lasting, high-quality vanity units.

WOOD VANEERED PANELS

Natural wood veneer comes from woods such as Oak, Cherry, Walnut, and more. It ensures a strong, durable bond between the veneer and the core.

MDF is a high-performance wood product made by compressing hardwood fibers under intense heat and pressure, using eco-friendly resins. Our high-density version takes it a step further—enhancing strength, stability, and resistance to swelling or warping. This makes it an ideal choice for bathroom furniture, where consistent moisture and temperature changes are the norm.

Italian Lacquer

Once the MDF core is prepared, it’s coated with a premium Italian lacquer, specifically developed for humid environments like bathrooms. 
This water-resistant paint is applied in multiple layers using advanced humidity-controlled techniques to ensure long-lasting protection and visual harmony.

Our lacquered finishes provide elegant, soft-touch texture visibly refined and pleasant to the touch. Moisture resistance, designed to resist steam and water droplets.
