RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Rovalux, we believe that true quality lies not only in the materials we select, but also in the trust we build with our clients. A clear and transparent return policy reflects our commitment to handling your experience with care, discretion, and precision—just like our products.

We stand by every item we craft and want you to be fully satisfied. Our return and refund policy is designed to provide peace of mind while aligning with Swiss and EU consumer protection laws.

1. General Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, Rovalux offers a 60-day return guarantee for customers in Switzerland, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.

To be eligible:

- The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.

- You must contact us by phone or email within 60 days of delivery to initiate the return.

Return shipping fees:

- CHF/€/£ 90 (excl. VAT) for orders under CHF/€/£ 500 (excl. VAT)

- CHF/€/£ 250 (excl. VAT) for orders over CHF/€/£ 500 (excl. VAT)

Once we inspect and approve the returned item, we will issue a full refund, including the original delivery cost (if applicable), using your original payment method.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/Swiss Law)

For customers in the EU, UK, and Switzerland, consumer protection law provides a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for standard (non-custom) goods. This period begins on the date of delivery.

To exercise this right, notify us via email at contact@rovalux.com within 14 days. You may use our withdrawal form (available in the Legal section), although it's not mandatory.

This right exists alongside our extended 60-day return guarantee.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged:

- Made-to-order or personalized products

- Used or installed items

- Products not in their original packaging or with missing components

We may evaluate exceptional return requests after the 60-day period on a case-by-case basis.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage:

- Write "Accepted, subject to inspection" on the delivery note (recommended)

- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product

- Notify us within 48 hours by emailing contact@rovalux.com with the photos attached

We may request that you retain the packaging and product for inspection. If damage is confirmed, we will arrange a return and issue a replacement or refund, including delivery costs.

Failure to report within 48 hours may impact eligibility for insurance coverage or replacement.

5. Return Shipping Costs

- For returns due to damage or defects, Rovalux covers all shipping and collection costs.

- For change-of-mind returns, we will arrange collection, and applicable shipping fees will apply as outlined in Section 1.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Typically, refunds are completed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

No additional fees are charged for processing your refund.
